Powerful Directory Management Tool

I have never set up an LDAP directory after it was already done and the company that came in and set it up used their user name and password to set up the services. Well after we cleaned up their mess and deleted their account we found that they had also tied themselves in to the LDAP services as the admin account. Is there a way to fix the LDAP services to see a new administrator?
