License - purchased through vendor

I ordered LDAP Administrator 3.5 through shi and have received 5 license ID's via email, but no lalicense.xml files. How do I activate the trial version I have installed (which expires today)?

Hmm. 31 views, 0 Replies. My shi rep emailed support; I emailed support. Nadda. I obtained a 2nd eval key to bridge the gap. Have I purchased an unsupported product?

I finally received the lalicense.xml files for the purchased copies if LDAP Administrator. I'm not sure what caused the delay and can only make presumptions since support has not responded to the emailed requests.

It took exactly 42 hours (to the minute) from the email from the shi rep to the email from the license manager.

SHI are resellers, so there is obviously a gap in a reply. Please support {at} ldapadministrator {dot} com or support {at} softerra {dot} com for reporting problems directly to ldap team or softerra.
