No menu bar in LDAP Admin version 2009.2

I've had to rebuild my computer due to hardware failure. I've installed LDAP Administrator and used the lalic file originally provided. When I go to access the application, it does come up but it is missing the menu bar completely and access to right-click menu is limited with much functionality missing. I've placed calls to and left messages with Softerra regarding this. I've sent emails to Softerra regarding this. What can you do to assist me fixing this issue? I need to get this up and running so I can complete my work.

Hi.
Please, do the following things:
1)Delete the metabase.stg file from the user data folder (e.g. "C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Softerra\LDAP Administrator 4\metabase.stg")
2) Remove the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Softerra\LDAP Administrator 4
