LDAP Browser 4.5 Results Pane

Has anyone seen their results pane stop showing results in List View. HTML View shows some results but List View does not. I can add columns but I still connot see the details. For instance, I can search for my userid and when I click to view everything associated with my account, there are no details. Fellow co-workers can see the details but I cannot. I have tried to uninstall and re-install the software.

Hello Tony,

Please try to do the following:
1) Uninstall the application
2) Remove metabase.stg file that can be found in the user's application data folder (e.g. in Windows 7 -
C:\Documents and Settings\%LOGINGUSERNAME%\Local Settings\Application Data\Softerra\LDAP Browser 4\).
3) Remove registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Softerra\LDAP Browser 4
4) Install the application again
