We have IBM TDS 5.2 configured so that only 2 user accounts have delete authority to the directory. If I login with another tool using one of these accounts, I can delete objects in the directory. If I connect with LDAP Administrator v. 3 or higher, I am not able to delete. I get an "Insufficient Rights" message. I was able to delete from this same ldap with version 2.6 of LDAPAdministrator.
Any ideas?

There is an IBM specific bug with Tree Delete control. I'm not sure if your server is affected by this bug, but I suggest you try disabling usage of Tree Delete control.
1. Open Profile properties
2. Select LDAP Settings tab
3. Click Advanced button
4. Select Modify Policy tab
5. Check Never use Tree Delete control box
6. Press Ok
