Is there a pdf or document that serves as a tutorial to using OpenLDAP and populatingit with test entries using this tool? I would rather sit with a document instead of using on-line help. Any suggestions for a newcomer would be welcome!

OpenLDAP gas their own documents, but as I know they are HTML only.
