Online Order Confirmation
Your order will be confirmed only after your account is debited. If your credit card cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically. You must resolve any credit card problem before proceeding with your order.
Our products are available via electronic download only. We do not offer our products on CD ROM or any other media. No materials are shipped. The license key along with the instructions on how to download the product will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri) after the actual purchase takes place.
Softerra-made software is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. All refunds are deemed appropriate in the following cases:
- A refund request is received before the license key has been delivered to the customer.
- There is a technical problem with the software that can't be resolved within a reasonable amount of time upon the customer request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
A refund procedure itself is carried out as follows:
- All refunds for delivered orders must be pre-authorized by Softerra (email@example.com).
- You should provide us with information that helps us to identify your order (e.g. 2Checkout.com order ID, Purchase Order number, company name etc.).
- If you placed an order with a credit card, a refund would be made to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow 20 days for the refund to be processed.
- Upon the refund, you must destroy all copies of our software already shipped and provide us with a signed Certificate of Destruction.
Products not purchased directly from Softerra must be returned to the place of purchase (resellers, etc.) and are subject to its return policies.
Due to the nature of software and online sales, this policy is strictly enforced.
